✨ Celebrate a Year of Achievement at the GDCTA Awards Gala! ✨

It's time to celebrate the accomplishments, dedication, and passion that make Georgia's dressage and eventing community so special!

The GDCTA Awards Gala brings our members together for an evening of recognition, friendship, and fun as we honor the riders, horses, trainers, owners, volunteers, and supporters who made this year memorable.

Whether you're accepting an award, applauding a fellow competitor, celebrating with your barn family, or simply enjoying an evening with friends, the Gala is your opportunity to be part of everything that makes GDCTA such a wonderful community.

New this year: We're starting a half hour earlier! Doors open at 4:30 PM.

Mark your calendar for February 6, 2027, reserve your seat, and join us for an evening of celebration. After all, the best part of a successful year is sharing the memories and recognizing the people who made it happen!

Winners will receive an email in December letting them know they have won an award. That's when tickets will go on sale.

    Celebrate the Season, Support the Future — Join Us at the GDCTA Awards Gala!

    All year long, riders set their sights high, chase their goals, and give it their all in the arena. Now it’s time to honor those incredible efforts at the GDCTA Awards Gala — a night of celebration, connection, and community spirit! Let’s cheer on the season’s standout competitors, the horses, and the heart of our Georgia equestrian community. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

    ✨ Why You’ll Want to Be There:

    • We notified the winners with our signature “And the winner is…” emails in mid-December. If you have not made your arrangements to attend, don't wait! Tickets are nearly sold out~
    • Enjoy a festive evening with fellow horse lovers — no muck boots required! It’s your chance to mix and mingle beyond the barn aisle.
    • Bid on fabulous items in our Silent Auction and Barn Basket Raffle — both available online and in person at the Gala. (Donations accepted through January 26)
    • Support a great cause: A portion of the Silent Auction proceeds benefit the UGA Vet School. The rest helps fund GDCTA’s year-round events and programs.

    How to Get Involved:

    • Watch your inbox for the auction launch — bidding opens online in February!
    • Barn Basket tickets will be available online until just before the Gala, then sold at the event.
    • Want to make a lasting impact? Visit the GDCTA Donate Page to contribute directly.

    BRING YOUR TICKET PURCHASE RECEIPT! If you are sitting at a table, get a copy of the receipt to bring. Tickets will not be mailed this year. Please stop at the table to check in, get your place card, and get a ticket for the door prize drawings.

    If you are not attending and cannot find someone to pick up your award, please have your award shipped using "Register" on this page or the Store.

    You may pick up your award at the hotel on the 6th between 12-3 in the ballroom.
